3. User Account and Registration

4. Appointments and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
• No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings
• Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

6. SMS/Text Message Communications

By opting in to receive SMS communications:

• You consent to receive recurring automated text messages at the phone number provided
• Messages may include appointment reminders, promotional offers, and wellness information
• Message frequency varies (approximately 2-8 messages per month)
• Standard message and data rates may apply
• You may opt out at any time by texting STOP
• Consent to SMS is not required to purchase services
• Carriers are not responsible for messages.

7. Health and Safety

• You must complete a health intake form before receiving services
• You agree to disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, and allergies
• You understand that IV therapy carries inherent risks including bruising, infection, and allergic reactions
• You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions provided
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine it is not safe for you

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Recovery Room IV Therapy & Wellness LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We do not guarantee specific health outcomes from our services
• We are not responsible for adverse reactions when you have provided accurate health information
