When you opt in to our SMS program, you will receive text messages from Recovery Room IV Therapy & Wellness LLC including:

• Appointment Reminders: Confirmations, reminders, and updates about your scheduled appointments
• Promotional Messages: Special offers, discounts, and exclusive deals on our IV therapy services
• Wellness Tips: Health and wellness information related to IV therapy and hydration
• Service Updates: Information about new services, hours changes, or important announcements

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from Recovery Room IV Therapy & Wellness LLC.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and our promotional calendar:

5. How to Opt Out (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:

• Replying UNSUBSCRIBE or CANCEL

• Emailing [email protected] with "SMS Opt-Out" in the subject line

After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. You will no longer receive promotional messages from us. Note: If you have upcoming appointments, you may still receive essential appointment-related messages unless you request otherwise.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Never sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes
• Stored securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy

We may share your number with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as our SMS platform provider), but they are contractually obligated to protect your information.

9. No Mobile Information Sharing

We do not share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected through our SMS program with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by text message or update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

SMS messages are provided "as is." We do not guarantee delivery timing or availability. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator. Recovery Room IV Therapy & Wellness LLC is not liable for any delays or failures in message delivery.
